Glass Jug Deposit (Refundable)

This is not part of your subscription price — it's a separate one-time charge that covers the cost of the Italian-crafted glass you keep at home.

How it works:

• You pay $33 per jug when you start delivery — that's the maximum number of full jugs you'll have at home at any time.
• When we deliver fresh jugs, we pick up your empties. No deposit charged again on the exchange.
• If you want more jugs delivered next time (say you go from 2 to 4), you pay 2 additional deposits up front.
• If you want fewer jugs, you can request extras be picked up — those deposits are refunded to your card or as store credit.
• If a jug breaks, the deposit covers it. No surprise replacement fees.

Most refunds go out as store credit (so you can apply it to your next delivery), but we can refund back to your card if you prefer.
