While we conduct regular lab testing, we make no medical claims regarding the health benefits of our water. Any health-related statements on our website reflect customer testimonials and traditional use, not medical advice. **Glass Containers** Our water is delivered in reusable glass jugs. By accepting delivery, you assume responsibility for the safe handling of glass containers, including but not limited to: - Lifting and carrying weight (each 2.5 gallon jug weighs approximately 21 lbs when full) - Storage in safe locations away from edges and high-traffic areas - Keeping glass containers out of reach of children and pets - Proper cleaning and inspection of returned containers Alive Water is not liable for injuries resulting from improper handling of glass containers after delivery. **Subscription Service** Our delivery subscription allows you to customize quantity, frequency, and timing. You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time without penalty. By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. **Refundable Deposit** A $33 deposit per glass jug is collected on first delivery. Deposits are fully refundable upon return of jugs in good condition. Alive Water reserves the right to deduct reasonable wear-and-tear fees for damaged or lost containers. **Delivery Access** You agree to provide safe and reasonable access for delivery, including: - Clear pathways to your storage location - Accurate delivery instructions - Notification of any hazards (pets, building access, etc.) Alive Water is not responsible for damage to property during delivery where access instructions were not adequately communicated. **Jurisdiction** This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
